About The Position

The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for achieving optimal project / software implementation outcomes as systems SME, leveraging configurations, and creating synergies with Stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of solutions architecture.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise integration tools and API management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in program management and solutions architecture, particularly in large-scale projects or complex systems integration.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders, both onsite and remotely, by providing technical expertise during the implementation process. This includes being the SME for user inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and explaining the capabilities and benefits of IFS (and others as we progress).
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Training to support the formulation and execution of the Implementation Curriculum strategy. Help identify potential opportunities for further IFS (and others) adoption and contribute to the development of implementation / technology selection plans and proposals.
  • Contribute to technical evaluations by assisting in proof-of-concept (POC) or proof-of-value (POV) initiatives. Support the team in designing workshops and providing technical guidance, enterprise alignment, and minimum viable product (MVP) outcomes across the array of solutions (IFS to start, others as we progress).
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Stakeholders, focusing on building rapport and trust. Collaborate with individuals, understand their needs, align across the broader footprint, and assist in becoming advocates for IFS (and broader Sims solutions as we progress).
  • Effectively communicate feedback, requirements, and challenges to relevant resources to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage / Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the IFS platform and associated technologies. Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and industry trends related to Field Services Technologies.
  • Continuously improve your professional skills with a focus on personal mastery and team learning through activities such as training, reading, and seeking mentorship from others.
