The Department of Economic Security, Division of Technology Services, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Systems/LAN Administrator. This position will serve as an Enterprise Software Support (ESS) Administrator. This position is part of a team of highly skilled, technology-driven individuals. This role focuses on delivering customer service to our Google Workspace end-users by resolving daily support tickets, performing routine system maintenance, and applying configuration changes that align with our governance standards. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal direct supervision while effectively balancing their day-to-day workload between project execution and break-fix or request tickets. Daily responsibilities include keeping applicable systems up to date with mandatory updates, maintaining essential system documentation such as runbooks and standard work, and strictly following the agency's established change management practices. Furthermore, this role participates in team meetings, implements industry best practices, assists in projects to extend enterprise software service offerings, and remediates technical audit findings under the guidance of IT leadership. Ultimately, this position provides an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills while working alongside diverse groups across the organization. This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the department's needs and continual meetings of expected performance measures.
