VSC Fire & Security in Cabot, Arkansas and Richmond, Virginia is seeking candidates for the position of Enterprise Service Coordinator.

Requirements

  • One to three (1-3) years of industry related work experience.
  • Manage customer relations using excellent communication and sales skills for internal and external customers.
  • Leveraging outstanding analytical and planning skills combined with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and aptitude for conflict resolution, organizational skills, analytical skills, scheduling, building code requirements, and building relationships.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Eagerness for professional development and growth.
  • Ability to pass various background checks.
  • Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Industry related management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create, distribute, and bill incoming orders from Enterprise customers and maintains customer expectations to meet service agreements.
  • Serve as one of the direct points of contact for Enterprise customers.
