About The Position

The Enterprise Sales Specialist plays a central role in expanding Elevate's presence across corporate travel ecosystems. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with travel management companies (TMCs), corporate travel departments, lifestyle brands, and enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of corporate travel programs and is skilled in mapping business needs to Elevate's full suite of solutions-including enterprise membership, ERP programs, jet cards, white-label app technology, and group shuttle or scheduled charter offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to sell complex, multi-layered solutions that combine technology, service, product packaging, and contractual frameworks.
  • Executive-level presence with the ability to lead strategic conversations and negotiate multi-year agreements.
  • High level of commercial acumen, listening skills, and strategic problem-solving ability.
  • Strategic and consultative, able to translate needs into tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable working across corporate, technical, and operational environments.
  • Polished communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident navigating enterprise negotiations and long sales cycles.
  • 5+ years of experience in TMC sales, corporate travel solutions, SaaS/travel technology, or related enterprise partnership roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel structures, procurement priorities, duty-of-care considerations, and program management challenges.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage enterprise-level partnerships with TMCs, corporations, travel brands, and lifestyle organizations.
  • Lead proactive outreach to travel managers, procurement leads, security teams, executive travel decision-makers, and other corporate stakeholders.
  • Present and position Elevate's full product platform, translating travel needs into tailored membership, ERP, jet card, and charter solutions.
  • Deliver enterprise-level value propositions including reporting capabilities, service-level agreements (SLAs), security considerations, and system integrations.
  • Support enterprise membership launches and align jet card, ERP, and corporate travel strategies for long-term value creation.
  • Participate in conversations involving app white-labeling, API integrations, workflow design, and technology scoping.
  • Travel frequently to client offices, partner events, industry conferences, and strategic market meetings.
