As Enterprise Sales Manager, West Coast US, you’ll lead and scale n8n’s Enterprise motion across the West Coast, coaching a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals while building a repeatable, predictable engine in one of the most strategically important regions for n8n. This is a frontline leadership role. You’ll be hands-on in deal strategy, customer exec engagement, and day-to-day coaching—raising the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win.
