About The Position

We’re seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth in our Canadian Region by selling Concord’s Cloud Fax and Document Processing SaaS solutions into large healthcare systems. This is a strategic role focused on helping hospitals modernize their document workflows and improve compliance, interoperability, and operational intelligence. We are ideally seeking someone living in Canada. The benefits listed below are for employees living in the United States. Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare SaaS, preferably in Cloud Fax, Document Management, or Workflow Automation.
  • Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems, and payer organizations.
  • Strong understanding of EMRs (Epic, Cerner), interoperability challenges, and healthcare IT.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations.
  • Experience navigating complex procurement cycles in healthcare.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within healthcare systems.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite, IT, and clinical operations leaders.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and ROI-driven proposals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Stay informed on healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST) and industry trends.
