About The Position

We are looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive with deep expertise in Contact Center solutions for our Southeast Territory. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of industry best practices, a deep understanding of Contact Center sales and thrives in a collaborative sales environment. You will work closely with our direct Enterprise Account Executives to identify new opportunities, expand our footprint within existing accounts, and grow the sales funnel. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by partnering on upsell strategies, influencing deal closures, and managing pipeline development within your assigned territory. Requirements

  • 8+ years of Enterprise-level Contact Center Sales experience
  • Proven ability to lead and close complex, strategic sales cycles
  • Proven track record of success with large enterprise accounts
  • Strong experience in sales enablement—training others on product offerings, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Ability to work well with a large extended team

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Zoom Enterprise Account Executives to qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and align resources effectively
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals; lead client engagements including Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Leverage solution-selling and value-based strategies to guide deals through the entire sales cycle
  • Expand business within existing accounts and manage complex sales campaigns
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with internal teams, alliance partners, and channel partners
  • Forecast sales performance, identify market trends, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Contact Center solutions and sales enablement
