About The Position

Are you an experienced Enterprise Risk Analyst or Internal Auditor who is ready to take the lead and make a meaningful impact? In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in advancing our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, strengthening internal controls, and influencing key business decisions across the company. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications (CPCU, ARM, CRM, CPA, CISA, etc.) are valuable
  • Proven experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, or auditing
  • Strong command of risk assessment methodologies and financial control frameworks
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and recommend action
  • Confidence in leading conversations, driving accountability, and shaping risk culture

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across the business to identify, assess, and prioritize organizational risks
  • Strengthen and evolve internal control frameworks, including SOX and MAR
  • Recommend mitigation enhancements and monitor remediation efforts
  • Guide discussions on risk indicators and emerging trends
  • Build and deliver presentations to senior leadership and areas of the business
  • Provide insights and documentation for internal and external auditors
  • Train and mentor internal teams to elevate ERM understanding
  • Ensure transformation and technology initiatives align with risk and compliance expectations
