Enterprise Risk Analyst
About The Position
Are you an experienced Enterprise Risk Analyst or Internal Auditor who is ready to take the lead and make a meaningful impact? In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in advancing our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, strengthening internal controls, and influencing key business decisions across the company. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications (CPCU, ARM, CRM, CPA, CISA, etc.) are valuable
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, or auditing
- Strong command of risk assessment methodologies and financial control frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and recommend action
- Confidence in leading conversations, driving accountability, and shaping risk culture

Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the business to identify, assess, and prioritize organizational risks
- Strengthen and evolve internal control frameworks, including SOX and MAR
- Recommend mitigation enhancements and monitor remediation efforts
- Guide discussions on risk indicators and emerging trends
- Build and deliver presentations to senior leadership and areas of the business
- Provide insights and documentation for internal and external auditors
- Train and mentor internal teams to elevate ERM understanding
- Ensure transformation and technology initiatives align with risk and compliance expectations
