About The Position

The Director of Physician Enterprise Integration serves as the link between hospital and clinic operations to align physician efforts across OSUMC and OSU-CHS. This role partners closely with OSU‑CHS and PSLLC leadership, as well as external partners (e.g., VA, Tribal Nations, affiliated hospitals), to implement enterprise strategies in population health, quality, access, and growth. The Director builds and manages enterprise business plans, leads execution of physician‑related initiatives, and delivers clear reporting to executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in healthcare operations, physician practice management, or hospital‑clinic integration.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives involving physicians.
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience translating data into clear actions and outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related).
  • Experience in an academic health system or clinically integrated network.
  • Knowledge of population health and value‑based care models.
  • Experience working with or alongside Tribal Nations, VA, or public sector partners.
