About The Position

The Director of Physician Enterprise Integration serves as the link between
hospital and clinic operations to align physician efforts across OSUMC and
OSU-CHS. This role partners closely with OSU‑CHS and PSLLC leadership, as well
as external partners (e.g., VA, Tribal Nations, affiliated hospitals), to
implement enterprise strategies in population health, quality, access, and
growth. The Director builds and manages enterprise business plans, leads
execution of physician‑related initiatives, and delivers clear reporting to
executives.
