Step into a role of Provider Relations Manager where you will be responsible for executing education provider management in support of the EdAssist education provider product portfolio for a portfolio of enterprise EdAssist clients. The manager will be responsible for maintaining and fulfilling client contracts and SOWs (Statements of Work) related to education providers and their custom networks. The manager will participate in recruit mentand onboarding activities , ma intain relationships by serving as the primary point of contact , and update agreements/contracts. Additionally, they will assist with provider performance reviews in standard and custom product delivery settings. They must have extensive client-facing experience and be comfortable working independently. Experience with higher education and workforce education industries —specifically related to corporate and channel partnerships, advancement, or strategic enrollment—is highly desirable . The Manager will report to the Director of P rovider Re lations within the EdAssist Product Team .
