About The Position

Enterprise Project Manager – IT Engineering & Infrastructure $50/hour on a W2 + benefits | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) | Dublin, CA Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with over 20 years of experience supporting global technology leaders, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join the client’s IT Engineering & Infrastructure PMO. This role will support complex cloud and on-prem infrastructure initiatives and operate as an extension of the internal PMO, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

Enterprise-level IT project or program management experience, ideally supporting infrastructure or cloud initiatives
Strong governance and delivery experience within a PMO environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities
Experience with Microsoft O365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments
Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation
Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining visibility into cross-project dependencies
Facilitate project kickoffs, align stakeholders, and maintain clear communication throughout execution
Ensure accurate documentation and completion of required deliverables
Monitor project scope, financial tracking, risks, and issues, escalating as needed
Maintain governance standards and structured change management practices
Support forecasting, reporting, and cost control activities
Serve as primary liaison between engineering teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and leadership
Provide clear, concise status reporting and executive-level updates
Drive cross-functional coordination to maintain project momentum and alignment
Support smooth transition from implementation to operations through documentation and knowledge transfer
Coordinate with engineering and support teams to validate operational readiness
