About The Position

The Enterprise Program Manager will support the sale and manages the development and/or delivery of large integrated solutions to an external customer, or in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Determines overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. Drives and delivers expected results according to agreed project scope, cost, quality and timeline milestones. Accountable for risk assessment, including effectively identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders. Serves as a direct contact between customers and Agilent project stakeholders. Assists external customer in the definition and implementation of complex integrated solutions requiring relevant products and/or services. Tracks estimated project revenues, costs, expenses and profits against defined metrics and communicates deviations to relevant stakeholders. Is responsible for costing of customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets. Builds and maintains client relationships. Coordinates internal and external project team members’ contribution, including working with third party vendors to complete project activities. Has profit and loss responsibility. Must consent to participate in and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain site access, unless prohibited by law. Requirements may include, but are not limited to: pre-/post-employment background checks, various forms of drug testing, vaccinations, fingerprinting, proof of valid identification, and/or adherence to customer-specific substance abuse programs. Travel: Must be able to travel up to 35% of the time to one or more of the customer sites located in US: NJ, NH, PA, CA (San Diego and San Francisco), MA, and RI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Finance, or related field. Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Must be able to travel up to 35% of the time to one or more of the customer sites located in US: NJ, NH, PA, CA (San Diego and San Francisco), MA, and RI
