About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead complex, customer-integrated programs within healthcare and life sciences environments. This role combines people leadership, program oversight, and direct execution. Ideal for someone who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage a team of Project Managers and a Scheduler, and serve as a senior-facing leader for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management
• Proven experience managing PM teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills
• Solid technical and IT project understanding (network, integrations, enterprise systems)
• Ability to hit the ground running in a low-structure, high-accountability environment

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise programs and large-scale implementations
• Manage and mentor 2–3 Project Managers and a Scheduler
• Own program execution, risk identification, and escalation management
• Partner with customer IT organizations during system integrations and transitions
• Lead high-level customer conversations while remaining actively involved in execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Service leadership
