Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? 🚀 What you will do#-Hybrid As an Enterprise Program Manager, you will be dedicated to the success of our largest global clients. You will act as the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts. In this autonomous role, you will steer complex programs, from Business Intelligence implementations to new product onboardings, driving regional alignment and strengthening key client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a program or project management role, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts.
  • Strong hospitality industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and the OTA environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and execution.
  • Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills, with comfort and experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to understand data solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive and autonomous work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
  • Proven ability to influence and direct internal teams to ensure client objectives and project milestones are successfully met.
  • A coachable and adaptable attitude, with a strong willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in the SaaS industry, particularly with product rollouts or integrations.
  • Experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of our solutions, including Business Intelligence dashboards, for our largest global clients.
  • Organize and manage all projects within your enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and the achievement of business objectives.
  • Establish clear program governance and guide stakeholder expectations, from individual hotel properties to C-level executives.
  • Create and maintain clear project documentation outlining timelines, activities, and potential risks using task management tools.
  • Act as a vital bridge between clients and our internal Product and Engineering teams to capture custom requirements and manage delivery timelines.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by developing robust project plans and leading regular status calls with key global chains.
  • Serve as the voice of our customers, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to enhance our products and processes.
