The Program Manager’s primary objective is to ensure a consistent experience for our enterprise customers as FORTÉ delivers our portfolio of services directly and through trusted partnerships, including our Global Presence Alliance. Ensure consistency in communications and adherence to our customer and FORTÉ standardsEnsure billing, documentation, tracking and other correspondence is delivered to our customer accurately, on-time and to the mutually agreed upon formats.Partner with the enterprise sales representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers and leads the accumulation of KPIs and other key customer data provided during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and in other customer touchpoints.
