About The Position

As an Enterprise Program Manager (Technical & Operational), you will drive large-scale, cross-functional programs that connect technical delivery with operational outcomes—especially across enterprise logistics transformations in the U.S. market. You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Implementation/Delivery, and customer stakeholders to keep execution tight, risks visible, and outcomes measurable. This role is ideal for someone who can run complex programs end-to-end: translate enterprise requirements into trackable delivery plans, manage dependencies across teams, and maintain strong operating cadence from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in program/project management, including meaningful ownership of cross-functional delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics / transportation / supply chain (TMS deployments, last-mile, middle-mile, warehouse-distribution flows, carrier management, etc.).
  • Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs in an enterprise environment (multi-team, multi-stakeholder, phased rollout, change management).
  • Strong experience working with enterprise customers in the U.S. market (stakeholder expectations, operating cadence, compliance/security realities, go-live rigor).
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required.
  • Ability to break complex programs into trackable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and measurable exit criteria.
  • Excellent executive communication: crisp status, strong narrative, proactive risk handling, and decision facilitation.
  • Ability to travel to US or within US

Nice To Haves

  • prior exposure to engineering/product/QA workflows, integrations, APIs, or technical systems delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise programs spanning technical delivery and operational readiness (planning → build → test → cutover → go-live → hypercare).
  • Drive delivery execution using modern Agile practices (scrum events, release planning, sprint metrics, retros, action tracking).
  • Manage cross-team dependencies (engineering pods, product, integrations, QA, customer-facing teams) to prevent blockers and protect milestone dates.
  • Establish a strong operating rhythm: weekly exec updates, RAID logs, decision tracking, milestone reviews, and KPI reporting.
  • Produce clear, data-driven insights into delivery health and outcomes using relevant metrics (predictability, throughput, cycle time, defects, readiness, SLA risk).
  • Serve as the coordination layer between client-facing teams and Engineering/Product to ensure scope clarity, priority alignment, and commitment to go-live requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder management across senior business and technical leaders—building trust, clarity, and urgency while balancing constraints.
  • Support logistics transformation initiatives (process change, tool modernization, operating model changes) and ensure adoption/readiness is built into the program plan.

Benefits

  • competitive compensation
  • comprehensive benefits
  • collaborative environment
