About The Position

As a TPM on the InfoSec team you will lead and scale Enterprise Security programs by building processes that strengthen governance, risk management, and operational execution. You will drive cross-functional programs that enable the design and rollout of corporate security controls across SaaS applications, endpoint and network security, and IAM, partner with the rest of the organization ensuring that risks are identified early and security is embedded into how the business operates. You will: Build and mature a scalable Enterprise Security program, defining clear goals, long-term strategy, and roadmaps that drive continuous improvement and enterprise-wide risk reduction. Establish a standardized security engagement model that enables teams to partner with Security early and throughout design, development, and launch, making security by default across product and infrastructure lifecycles. Drive cross-functional security initiatives with Engineering, Trust & Safety, and Security teams to address systemic risks and deliver durable, long-term security outcomes. Define and operationalize metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness, track risk reduction, and communicate security posture and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Experience running a technical security program (3-5 years of experience)
  • Strong program management, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • Technical experience in Enterprise Security domain (Endpoint & Network Security, SaaS Security, Identity and Access Management)
  • Outstanding communication skills, you’re able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
