Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, as a Senior Cloud Analyst, or a related occupation.
  • Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following:
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Field Service Lightning Tool
  • ANT, Eclipse, or Force.com IDE
  • Requirements gathering, solution design and develop ‘Functional Specification documents’
  • APEX, Lightning Webcomponents and Java scripts

Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathering, solution design and develop ‘Functional Specification documents.
  • Understand current process and drive future state technology architecture in Salesforce IT CRM system in order to analyze issues.
  • Work within a cross-functional team of Salesforce, SAP-analysts and Business Subject Matter Experts to support the implementation and maintenance of the Service Business tools.
  • Analyze data processing issues to develop and implement solutions.
  • Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.
  • Ensure proper test coverage and coordinate deployment activities from quality system to production environment.
  • Develop Timecard, Timesheets, Cases, and Work order functionalities support for Install Engineers, Training Co-Ordinator’s, Help Desk agents and field service engineers.
