About The Position

In this role, you will lead a high-impact, multi-product portfolio shaping both client and candidate experiences across a large-scale enterprise platform. You will define and execute a strategic roadmap that drives innovation, operational efficiency, and customer trust through intuitive workflows and AI-powered capabilities. Working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and customer-facing teams, you will influence product direction and business outcomes at scale. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement are core. Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive Product Management experience, with demonstrated leadership across complex, multi-product portfolios.
  • Proven people leadership experience managing Product Managers and/or Product Owners, including coaching and performance development.
  • Strong background in owning and improving end-to-end customer journeys, particularly in portal- or dashboard-heavy enterprise products.
  • Deep expertise in product discovery, journey mapping, prioritization frameworks, roadmap development, and delivery management.
  • High data fluency, with the ability to define metrics, analyze funnel performance, and drive outcomes through experimentation.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including executive stakeholder alignment and decision facilitation.
  • Strong customer empathy combined with systems thinking to manage complex workflows and dependencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy industries, enterprise self-serve platforms, or close collaboration with legal and compliance teams is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear multi-year product vision for candidate and client experiences, aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end roadmap across multiple products, ensuring measurable improvements in usability, workflow adoption, trust, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development of AI-driven experiences to enhance automation, personalization, and decision support across portals.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, and Operations to incorporate enterprise customer needs and improve resolution paths.
  • Establish a culture of hypothesis-driven discovery, experimentation, and continuous learning using quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Define and track success metrics, instrumentation, and reporting to guide prioritization and iterative product improvements.
  • Ensure predictable, outcome-driven product delivery by strengthening execution standards, product operations, and cross-team alignment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners and Product Managers, fostering excellence in discovery, planning, empathy, and execution rigor.
