About The Position

At U.S. Bank, the Enterprise Platforms Finance Analyst will support the newly formed COE team for Enterprise Platforms. This role involves generating monthly reporting, forecasting, long-term planning, and focusing on various initiatives. The analyst will collaborate closely with U.S. Bank Finance and Enterprise Platforms Finance management teams to provide financial analysis and reporting, contributing to the company's journey to help customers and businesses make better financial decisions and enable communities to grow and succeed. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three or more years of related experience

  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
  • Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
  • Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in consolidation of all Enterprise Platforms financial analysis and reporting.
  • Support and enhance reporting associated with various initiatives [CapEx, headcount reporting, expense growth analytics, etc].
  • Communicate with executive level management and produce supplemental reporting for senior management reviews.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements in analysis and reporting.
  • Works closely with senior leadership and provides a high level of customer service.
