This role leads the Enterprise Operations Executive Program Management team focused on Communications, Events, and Change Management and is accountable for delivering highimpact executive communications, pan-Enterprise Operations events, and transformation communications that enable clarity, alignment, and adoption across the organization. The Manager of the Enterprise Operations Executive Program team is a hands-on people leader responsible not only for delivery excellence, but for developing the skills, capabilities, and career growth of a multidisciplinary team of program managers with strong executive communications, change management, engagement, and event management expertise. Success in this role requires strong judgment, deep functional expertise, and the ability to coach talent while operating at a fast pace and high level of executive exposure. This role partners closely with Enterprise Operations leaders, Corporate Affairs, and Transformation Program Management teams to translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives and experiences. The manager establishes strong operating rhythms, standards, and processes that enable consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement—while serving as a trusted advisor on executive messaging, engagement, and change communications.
