About The Position

We're looking for a high-performing, tenacious Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth by acquiring net-new enterprise clients is your top priority. This role is laser-focused on hunting high-potential prospects, disrupting the status quo, and creating new revenue channels. Expansion of existing clients is secondary to acquiring fresh logos and opening new markets, ideal for a driven sales leader who thrives in the chase, builds deep executive relationships, and closes complex, high-value deals, relentlessly prospecting, pitching, and closing to feed the top of the funnel and drive breakout growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in leadership development, HR tech, SaaS, professional services or transferable industry.
  • Demonstrated success consistently exceeding quotas and closing six-figure+ deals.
  • Experience selling to HR, L&D, OD, and C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to develop new territories and grow existing accounts.
  • Superior virtual and in-person presentation skills.
  • Strong storytelling and value articulation.
  • Expert time and territory management.
  • Advanced sales forecasting and pipeline hygiene using CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Confident negotiating skills with a clear closing mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • A hunter by nature, persistent, persuasive, and hungry for new opportunities.
  • A strategic seller with a strong grasp of solution-based and consultative sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Open New Markets: Drive aggressive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and closing new enterprise customers across industries.
  • Prospect Relentlessly: Own the top of the funnel through outbound outreach, social selling, networking, and account-based strategies. You open doors where others stall.
  • Qualify and Close: Quickly qualify opportunities and drive urgency to close new business within compressed sales cycles.
  • Craft New Relationships: Engage net-new decision-makers to uncover pain points and align Blanchard’s solutions to strategic business outcomes.
  • Collaborate on Launch: Partner with Marketing and SDRs to refine outbound messaging, generate qualified leads, and convert interest into opportunity.
  • Expand Key Accounts: Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients through thoughtful cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage every stage of the deal, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement.
  • Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders (C-suite, HR, L&D, OD, and beyond).
  • Strategize for Success: Create and execute territory and account plans aligned to Blanchard’s growth targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and implementation.
  • Forecast with Precision: Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast accurately.
