Summary Leads workplace and office service operations across multiple states. Manages front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensures strong service delivery, supports real estate initiatives, and drives efficiency, cost savings, and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in workplace services, facilities, operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing multi‑site or multi‑state environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Budget, vendor, and process‑optimization experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced service environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop multi‑location teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability and service excellence.
  • Oversee daily workplace and office service delivery.
  • Manage workflows, vendor performance, and invoicing.
  • Ensure standards, policies, and service quality are met.
  • Improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with space planning, maintenance coordination, and equipment upkeep.
  • Support renovations, moves, and workplace changes.
  • Maintain records, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Track budgets, KPIs, and service levels.
  • Identify cost‑savings and productivity improvements.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to understand needs.
  • Ensure a strong front‑of‑house customer experience.
  • Recommend service and process improvements.
  • Support portfolio planning, occupancy strategy, and workplace technology.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations and contract governance.
  • Contribute to sustainability and workplace experience programs.
