About The Position

Administers and sustains DHA’s Enterprise Management (EM) platforms that deliver endpoint configuration, patching, software distribution, and device compliance services. This role keeps EM infrastructure healthy, secure, and performant so packaging, OSD, reporting, and endpoint teams can deliver changes reliably at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline or equivalent practical experience (as permitted by the contract).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise IT environments, with demonstrated work aligned to Tier 3 Level EM Support Services.
  • At least one: Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC.
  • Alternate/equivalent certifications may be accepted with Government approval.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability and all required system access (e.g., CAC-enabled accounts) to perform duties.
  • This position is aligned to applicable DoD Manual 8140.03 work role 451 (NIST: OM-SA-001); contractor personnel must meet DoD 8570.01-M baseline certification requirements and transition to DoD Manual 8140.03 work role requirements, including required training, knowledge, skills, abilities, and tasks, within Government-directed timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Administer MECM hierarchy components and supporting services (site systems, boundaries, discovery, client settings, and content distribution) to maintain availability and performance.
  • Administer MED365 cloud endpoint management capabilities (e.g., Intune service configurations and connectors) in coordination with DHA policies and approved governance.
  • Manage Enterprise Management role-based access control, privileged permissions, and two-person integrity workflows for sensitive administrative actions; maintain auditable records.
  • Maintain EM server and database health, including backups, patching, certificate management, content library integrity, and routine maintenance tasks required for stable operations.
  • Engineer and tune software update and compliance mechanisms (update points, maintenance windows, servicing plans, configuration baselines) to support patch and remediation cycles.
  • Troubleshoot platform-level issues that affect deployments, reporting, or client communications (replication failures, content distribution errors, policy processing issues) and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Coordinate platform changes through approved change management processes; develop implementation and back-out plans for high-impact updates.
  • Maintain ports-and-protocols documentation, data flow descriptions, and architecture artifacts used for security assessments and authorization packages.
  • Support modernization and migration activities, including hybrid/co-management configurations and approved transitions from on-premises components to MED365 services.
  • Coordinate with systems administration and cybersecurity teams to apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), support IAVM response actions, and provide compliance evidence.
  • Develop and maintain EM SOPs, runbooks, and operational checklists; lead after-action reviews and implement continuous improvements.
  • Provide after-hours and on-call support for high-impact incidents, maintenance windows, patch surges, and emergency remediation as directed by mission requirements.
