The Enterprise Licensing Specialist manages contractor and business licensing, registrations, and compliance documentation across all jurisdictions. This role ensures timely processing of applications, renewals, and filings, maintains accurate records, and serves as a key contact for regulatory agencies. Works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Legal to support compliance initiatives. Highlights of your role Licensing Administration: Prepare, submit, and track license applications and renewals; maintain compliance records; monitor regulatory updates; resolve application issues; verify supporting documentation. Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations (including EPA Lead-Safe); assist with audits and reporting; communicate requirements internally; monitor regulatory changes. Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain data accuracy in compliance platforms (e.g., Origami, Salesforce); support automation and workflow improvements; identify process enhancements.
