About The Position

The Enterprise Licensing Specialist manages contractor and business licensing, registrations, and compliance documentation across all jurisdictions. This role ensures timely processing of applications, renewals, and filings, maintains accurate records, and serves as a key contact for regulatory agencies. Works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Legal to support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Compliance, or related field.
  • Experience with licensing or compliance documentation in regulated industries.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving.
  • High standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Physical ability for occasional climbing, bending, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

  • Contractor licensing or business registration experience.
  • Familiarity with EPA Lead-Safe regulations.
  • Experience with Origami or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of business entity structures.

Responsibilities

  • Licensing Administration: Prepare, submit, and track license applications and renewals; maintain compliance records; monitor regulatory updates; resolve application issues; verify supporting documentation.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations (including EPA Lead-Safe); assist with audits and reporting; communicate requirements internally; monitor regulatory changes.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain data accuracy in compliance platforms (e.g., Origami, Salesforce); support automation and workflow improvements; identify process enhancements.
