As an Enterprise IT Tech II, you’ll provide remote, Level 2, IT support for staff and executives, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues; manage escalated support tickets. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and documentation that strengthen IT efficiency and service delivery. Additionally, this individual will provide general facilities support at our on-site locations as needed.
