About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary senior professional to lead the SEI’s Enterprise Professional Services business. Two years ago, we successfully launched the Professional Services in SEI’s Private Banking and Wealth Management unit (PB & WM). We are expanding the Professional Services offering across the SEI Enterprise. This strategic role will be instrumental in launching and scaling SEI’s Professional Services across all the SEI’s businesses, growing a team of client-facing professionals and creating a scalable services delivery model. The candidate will be responsible for building SEI Professional Services brand awareness, growth strategy and execution, hiring and developing talent, and delivering SEI’s differentiated Professional Services. The Head of SEI’s Professional Services will report into the CEO of SEI International and Global Head of the PB & WM and will collaborate with the Solution Consulting, Relationship Management, Sales Executives across SEI, Marketing, Technology and Operations leadership to define and execute the SEI Enterprise Professional Services Sales strategy and services delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and managing Financial Services Industry related professional services business, with significant leadership experience – managing teams, building business growth strategy and execution, skilled in working in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record in building, scaling and delivery professional services business in financial services industry with strong commercial acumen and executive relationship skills.
  • The successful candidate can expect extensive business travel for the performance of their duties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of SEI’s Enterprise Professional Services portfolio and delivery capabilities, including SEI Platforms, technology, business, regulatory, operational and change management.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team aligned with our global services and delivery standards.
  • Foster a culture of growth, delivery excellence, collaboration, and client-centricity.
  • Develop and execute an enterprise Professional Services growth strategy.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and client engagements.
  • Operate as a trusted and proactive partner across the SEI Enterprise, collaborating seamlessly across various businesses and delivery units.
  • Communicate effectively with the marketing, sales and relationship management executives across various business units to maximize professional services growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-businesses professional services initiatives, share best practices, and foster a unified culture of professional services growth, delivery excellence and accountability.
  • Maintain a strong Program Management Office (PMO) as there could be 100+ professional services projects in execution simultaneously.
  • Implement scalable processes and systems tailored to the Enterprise Professional Services growth strategy and delivery needs.
  • Maintain a strong ecosystem of trusted partners for growing and scaling professional services delivery capabilities.
  • Champion our unique client service model, ensuring high-touch, responsive support.
  • Build deep relationships with prospects/clients’ executives and SEI internal key stakeholders across various business segments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
