Business Services, Sustainability Practices, is looking for an Enterprise Engagement Management Intern – a connector and organizer who is passionate about the impact behaviors can make on sustainable lifestyles and the circular economy and turns good ideas into campus participation. In this role, you will design and run engagement programs that inspire students and employees to adopt sustainable behaviors and participate in circular‑economy initiatives. You’ll translate strategy into clear messages, touchpoints, events, and feedback loops that help people see themselves in the work—and take action. This includes conducting research and gathering insights from the ASU community through surveys, events and other engagement opportunities to better understand perceptions, behaviors and motivations related to sustainable practices and inform future programs and messaging. The ideal candidate is comfortable with leading and managing projects end-to-end as well as working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal teams that are dedicated to and focused on excellence in every detail. This includes being comfortable mapping stakeholders, facilitating meetings, building communications, and keeping complex efforts moving in a fast‑paced environment—while sweating the details that make an experience inclusive and effective. You will be part of a larger transdisciplinary team that brings a wide variety of skills together to shape ASU's vision of building the most innovative university in the country, with a focus on sustainable practices for the benefit of current and future generations.
