About The Position

Rush is looking for an Enterprise End User Technology Engineer to help architect and elevate our enterprise endpoint environment. In this role, you'll design and maintain standardized device configurations, automate deployments, and support secure, reliable end-user technology across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, and enterprise print platforms. You'll work hands-on with SCCM/MECM, Azure Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, Active Directory, MFA tools, ServiceNow, and A/V systems, serving as the final escalation point for complex device, driver, registry, and log-level issues. A key part of the role includes managing security updates, patch compliance, and device lifecycle best practices. You'll collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen endpoint security, and enhance the overall user experience across the organization. Requirements

  • High School Diploma and a Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a diverse range of end-user technologies is required.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), and application presentation platforms (SCCM/MECM, Citrix XenDesktop).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise print services and management tools.
  • Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Python) and endpoint management systems (MECM, Azure Intune, Jamf).
  • Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices for end-user devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in relevant technologies (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, CompTIA) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage a robust end-user technology environment that includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and application presentation systems.
  • Oversee enterprise print management, ensuring efficient operation and integration with other end-user technologies.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and processes for the deployment and management of end-user technologies.
  • Serve as the expert and final point of escalation for complex issues across all end-user technology platforms.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in end-user technology services and user experience.
  • Set and enforce standards for the use and management of end-user technologies, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a cohesive approach to technology deployment and support.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in end-user computing to drive innovation and improvements.
