Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization (MCO) serving 46 counties across North Carolina. We manage services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/development (IDD) disabilities. Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Enterprise Data and Integrations Director to join our team! The Enterprise Data and Integrations Director is responsible for oversight and management of the Integration Services team, the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team, and the Database Services (DBA) team of Business Systems, including involvement in every area of these teams’ core responsibilities and defined competencies. The Enterprise Data and Integrations Director drives the technical implementation of products within Trillium’s total applications area and serves as a specialist, including the ability to design, develop, and provide technical leadership over complex technical solutions or complex issues incurred in production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience leading teams who develop, deliver, and maintain mission-critical line of business applications and database systems, inclusive of transactional and data warehouse solutions; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
  • Five (5) years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in any of the following areas is highly desired: a healthcare or insurance claims environment, OLTP development, environments, n-tier or web-based system development, or support with strong technical knowledge in the specialized areas of application system programming, including software tools such as; AJAX, JSON, SQL Server 2008 R2 or above, SQL, Microsoft AzureDevops, Source Control, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Visual Studio BIDS, Visual Studio 2008 or above, ASP.NET, C# (or Visual Basic), Microsoft IIS, Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 or above.
  • Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent certifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport with all department leaders to establish business and leadership competence.
  • Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organization needs.
  • Serve in lead architect role and support in the design, document, create, unit and system test, deploy, and maintain browser-based business applications.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Assist team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
