Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll spearhead our technical efforts to support customers deployed on our DevSecOps platform, Game Warden. You will be at the forefront of supporting and scaling our revolutionary Game Warden platform—an industry-leading tool that is accelerating the secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions for the U.S. government. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Support within the Engineering organization.
