About The Position

The Enterprise Change Management Program Manager is Suncoast’s senior, internal change expert guiding the people side of change for enterprise‑wide initiatives that impact members, branches, contact center, lending/operations, digital banking, and core systems. This role independently defines and leads change strategies, partnering with project, operations, HR, risk/compliance, and business leaders to accelerate adoption, minimize disruption, and achieve sustainable outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Adult Education, Business/HR, or related field, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and/or Organizational Change Management, with considerable experience leading enterprise changes
  • Certifications in Prosci®, CCMP, or equivalent change-management credentials preferred
  • Exceptional training and facilitation skills across enterprise audiences, including senior leaders and Executive/C Suite stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning and curriculum design
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence rather than formal authority
  • Proven program & project management capability
  • Ability to influence others and drive alignment in complex environments
  • Demonstrated confidentiality and integrity
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and digital learning technologies
  • Experience in financial services is preferred, ideally in credit union environments with a focus on member experience
  • Experience with online learning design platforms and remote facilitation tools preferred
  • Exposure to regulatory change planning and controls preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
  • Ability to analyze and resolve difficult and often complex problems or situations
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of credit union computer systems and software applications required to perform job duties

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead enterprise change strategies and frameworks for complex, multi-department initiatives including ongoing operational initiatives
  • Design and deliver education and enablement tailored to credit union audiences using modern learning modalities
  • Lead and coordinate enterprise change communications planning, ensuring clarity, member centric messaging, and regulatory compliance
  • Coach and advise leaders and managers at all levels to serve as effective and visible change sponsors
  • Integrate change into the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with the PMO framework
  • Partner on compliance/regulatory readiness for changes affecting member communications and operations
  • Measure adoption and sustainment through KPIs and feedback
  • Curate and improve change programs intersecting with enterprise learning
  • Mentor and guide change practitioners (specialists and analysts) on organizational change management tools and practices
  • Safeguard confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of current trends, laws, and issues affecting the area of expertise
  • Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
  • Complete annual compliance and info security training to understand employees' role in maintaining effective compliance and security programs
