Oldcastle APG, Inc.'s 2026 Summer Internship Program is designed to provide a professional environment for undergraduate students to gain real-world experience at a global industry-leading manufacturer in the architectural products industry. The program will run from early June through early August and will provide exposure to valuable learning opportunities within the corporate functions of the organization through assignments, projects, and collaboration. This is the perfect opportunity for undergraduate students to apply their knowledge and creativity to a growth-oriented company with headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shared Services Transformation and Analytics Summer Intern to join our EBS Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how businesses run the Payable function, how Analytics/Tableau is leveraged to drive and deliver transformation at an enterprise level in the finance operations space. We aspire to enable the successful applicant to learn real life operational and transformation strategy, through a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Students pursuing bachelor's degree Program in Junior year of College or Third year of University (Anticipated Graduation date of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027).
  • Concentration or Area of Study in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable operations.
  • Develop skills in Tableau business dashboards and Analytics to deliver business outcomes.
  • Learn program management skills necessary to drive deployment of advanced digital technologies in the Accounts Payable and Finance operations area.
  • Assist the EBS leadership team in preparation of department's Key Performance Indicators and reports.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in the analysis of financial data and identify discrepancies.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Gain practical experience in financial operations management by being part of a large, shared service for the enterprise.
