The Enterprise Business Process Manager partners with business leaders across various functions, external bottlers, and software solution partners to lead and influence efforts to explore, define, and implement new and improved business processes and technology solutions that support the company’s strategic goals. The Enterprise Business Process Manager serves as a change agent and will model, lead, and coach internal stakeholders on the culture change necessary to support and sustain enterprise process transformation. The Enterprise Business Process Manager collaborates with external and internal partners to develop, design, and execute implementation and training plans for enterprise technology solutions. This role provides business support by assisting with solving complex functional and enterprise business problems.
