About The Position

Wagmo is redefining how modern companies care for their people and their pets. Location: This is a hybrid role based in NYC; candidates must be willing and able to work in-office three days per week. A Wagmo BDR (Business Development Representative) role focuses on generating qualified leads, prospecting large Enterprise companies (10k+), and nurturing initial interest in Wagmo’s benefits offering, involving tasks like outreach, using CRM (Salesforce), and collaborating with sales/marketing to drive pipeline growth through strategic selling, process improvement, and consultative conversations. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and drive, often serving as a launchpad for an Account Executive career.
