Requirements

  • Prior experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/SaaS business development
  • Experience in business and account implementation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Aptitude to learn Spectrum Business product suite and company style of conducting sales.
  • English communication skills.
  • Resiliency, persistence and ability to enthusiastically handle high volumes of rejection.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo or LinkedIn Sale Navigator.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

  • Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals of 50 or more contacts per day and a designated number of monthly qualified appointments.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects by tracking all activity and opportunities.
  • Assess prospect's needs and identify decision makers to develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with field-based sales to meet sales targets.
