About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Enterprise Business Development Rep. In this critical role, you will actively contribute to the growth of our partner's payables division, focusing on the middle market segment. Your work will involve sourcing new business from initial contact through to deal closure, allowing you to significantly impact the company's revenue and market expansion. You will develop a deep understanding of our solutions and communicate their advantages effectively to prospective clients. Additionally, your role will require collaboration with various teams to align strategies and enhance sales efforts, fostering a successful business environment.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of Enterprise experience.
  • 3-5 years of coverage in fintech and/or commercial banking.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in commercial payables and lending.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and forecast future sales.
  • Identify and target potential middle market/large market clients across all industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals.
