The Enterprise Business Applications Technician provides entry‑level support for Microsoft 365 services, focusing on user assistance, basic administration, and routine operational tasks. This role is designed for early‑career staff who will develop into mid‑level roles through mentorship and hands‑on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 apps; able to follow established processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Uses guided troubleshooting and knows when to escalate.
  • Communication: Clear user interaction and simple documentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Applies known solutions to routine issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Follows checklists and executes tasks carefully.
  • Adaptability: Learns new features and tools quickly.
  • Teamwork: Works well under guidance from admins and technicians

Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line support for Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Assist with account provisioning, licenses, and basic permission tasks.
  • Troubleshoot common issues including sign‑in problems and client configuration.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
  • Maintain documentation and user guides.
  • Perform routine checks, reports, and scripted tasks.
