About The Position

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for an Enterprise Asset Management Developer <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> Location - Wyandotte County, KS<\/span> <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> Job Description: <\/p> <\/p> Duties and Responsibilities <\/p> <\/span>Design, build, and configure Maximo applications to meet business and operational requirements. <\/p> <\/span>Develop and maintain Oracle database objects (e.g., packages, procedures, triggers). <\/p> <\/span>Create and manage integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework. <\/p> <\/span>Configure and maintain Maximo workflows, automation scripts, and BIRT reports. <\/p> <\/span>Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. <\/p> <\/span>Collaborate with cross -functional teams to define system improvements and integration needs. <\/p> <\/span>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and support procedures. <\/p> <\/span>Apply project management fundamentals to track progress and communicate updates. <\/p> <\/span>Monitor post -implementation performance and ensure system reliability. <\/p> <\/span>Lead and participate in the development and review of technical project plans. <\/p> <\/span>Stay current with Maximo versions (v7.6 and v9 preferred) and related add -ons (e.g., HSE, Scheduler, Spatial, Maximo Mobile). <\/p> <\/span>Utilize version control tools (e.g., GitHub, TFS, SVN) to manage source code. <\/p> <\/span>Perform other similar duties as assigned. <\/span> <\/p> <\/p> Qualifications <\/p> Required Qualifications: <\/p> <\/span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. <\/span> <\/p> <\/span>Recent experience in IBM Maximo application development and enterprise systems. <\/span> <\/p> <\/span>Strong understanding of Maximo modules: Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Requests, and Job Plans. <\/span> <\/p> <\/span>Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies. <\/span> <\/p> <\/span>Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, TOAD, and BIRT reporting. <\/span> <\/p> <\/span>Familiarity with Maximo add -ons and mobile solutions. <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> Required Skills and Abilities: <\/p> <\/span>Strong analytical and problem -solving skills. <\/p> <\/span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. <\/p> <\/span>Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast -paced environment. <\/p> <\/span>Effective time management and organizational skills. <\/p> <\/span>Ability to work independently and collaboratively. <\/p> <\/span>Presentation skills for training and stakeholder engagement. <\/p> <\/span>Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. <\/p> <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> About us: <\/p> OTSI is a leading global technology company offering solutions, consulting, and managed services for businesses worldwide since 1999. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Recent experience in IBM Maximo application development and enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of Maximo modules: Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Requests, and Job Plans.
Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, TOAD, and BIRT reporting.
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast -paced environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Presentation skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
