Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint Server, and the .NET Framework; experience with multiple programming languages is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to architect, design, and develop custom SharePoint solutions
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and configuration in both staging and production environments
- Solid understanding of ADFS security and authentication protocols within SharePoint and web applications
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and growth
- Excellent research and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of technical issues
Responsibilities
- Provide user support and manage SharePoint sites to ensure smooth operation and accessibility
- Mentor help desk technicians, guiding them toward efficient and effective issue resolution
- Monitor server resources and event logs to proactively identify and address critical system failures
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate maintenance tasks, workflows, and custom jobs
- Design applications, workflows, and reports using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
