About The Position

Enterprise Architect Manager (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Enterprise Architect Manager New York, NY, and the job duties are as follows: Lead the execution of data-centric technology programs in the Healthcare sector, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timeline, and strategic goals, and serve as a project lead for systems-related initiatives. Plan and design computer systems and architecture roadmaps, integrating automation, AI/ML, and platform modernization strategies tailored to client environments. Coordinate and monitor application and automation solutions to ensure reliable performance and operational efficiency in regulated environments, in line with SLA’s. Design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions across the Service Delivery Lifecycle, including new system rollouts, GenAI prototypes, automation enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance. Assess transformation challenges using enterprise architecture and diagnostics, and develop actionable solutions grounded in performance and data insights. Translate business objectives into enterprise-grade solutions by directing developers, analysts, and architects using agile methodologies, user personas, and process design best practices. Manage integrated project and issue tracking across workstreams, including risk resolution and executive reporting on budget, value realization, and adoption metrics. Contribute to enterprise technology strategy and governance, supporting executive-level decision-making and alignment with strategic frameworks.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Leading enterprise-scale IT transformation initiatives, including platform modernization, automation, and data architecture modernization;
  • Applying Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies including running daily scrum calls, sprint planning and retrospective meetings;
  • Creating and maintaining KanBan boards to manage application development, testing, and product delivery across cross-functional teams;
  • Utilizing tools and platforms, including ServiceNow, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and data integration technologies to enable operations and reporting;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology to translate user/system requirements into enterprise architecture blueprints and delivery roadmaps;
  • Driving architectural strategy, including the development of enterprise blueprints, target state architecture, and capability models in regulated industries;
  • Leading automation and application modernization programs using API integrations, workflow engines, and AI/ML capabilities, including Generative AI enablement;
  • Managing cross-functional project teams in the design and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions, including performance assessment and optimization.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
