About The Position

The Enterprise Architect IV serves as a senior enterprise architecture leader responsible for guiding large, multidisciplinary teams and aligning enterprise architecture strategy with organizational business objectives. This role advises senior executives on enterprise architecture, information technology solutions, and strategic alignment while directing complex architecture initiatives from concept through execution. Requirements

  • Approximately ten (10) years of experience in enterprise architecture or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Experience advising senior executives on enterprise strategy and IT alignment.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Transition Plans, Service-Oriented Architecture, and federation strategies.
  • Strong strategic planning and systems integration expertise.
  • Ability to lead highly complex initiatives and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required;OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Industry certifications relevant to enterprise architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct large, cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, systems engineers, business analysts, and network engineers.
  • Work directly with senior executives to consult, coach, and advise on enterprise strategy, business alignment, and IT solutions.
  • Provide leadership in enterprise architecture planning, integration, and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review enterprise architecture deliverables.
  • Lead resolution of highly complex technical and organizational challenges.
  • Promote innovative concepts and strategic solutions in support of operational goals.
  • Translate complex enterprise architecture concepts into actionable tactical plans.
  • Direct high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.
  • Support and align initiatives with Business Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Transition Plans.
  • Apply Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and Business Mission Area Federation Strategy frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise roadmaps and strategic planning documents.
  • Provide technical and analytical leadership to architecture teams and stakeholders.
