The Enterprise Applications team is an internal IT team that develops and supports foundational CRM software that helps empower NISC’s internal and external users. The team is looking to fill the role of Enterprise Applications Specialist. This role will be a key contributor to optimizing and supporting the sales cycle through CRM platforms with an emphasis in sales and product management. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that sales teams have reliable, secure, and user-friendly tools to manage leads, opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions. Additionally, this role will need to assess with monitoring and testing application functionality, identifying and resolving bugs, and ensuring seamless integration across sales systems. The specialist will collaborate closely with users to troubleshoot issues, validate configurations, and ensure that software solutions meet the specifications set by sales stakeholders.
