About The Position

SoftPro is seeking an Enterprise Application Administrator in our Raleigh, North Carolina office to join our Technology Operations team. We offer a hybrid work schedule with a few days in the office and a few at a remote location. As the Enterprise Application Administrator, you will: Fulfill a primary role in ensuring that SoftPro's customer, invoice and financial data is controlled, accurate and available for efficient use by application users and business processes. Build and manage solutions in enterprise systems such as MS Dynamics365 CRM, backend accounting software, data transfer tools, invoicing tools and 3rd party product APIs. Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to design and implement effective business processes. Full Time / Mon-Fri (working hours negotiable). Travel to Raleigh NC office for defined team or company events.

  • Understand data exposure principles in common reporting tools to include SQL, SSRS and Power BI
  • Understand Financial Accounting concepts to include billing practices, sales tax, revenue recognition, and general ledger accounting
  • Understand product catalogue concepts to include usage and license-based billing models
  • Experience in developing MS Dynamics CRM forms, entities, workflows and business rules
  • Familiarity with data transfer and transformation tools (Scribe Online, DataBlend, Cloud Flows)
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML and C#
  • Experience writing code that uses APIs and Integrating 3rd party product APIs
  • Understand common Agile team concepts to include iterative development, Scrum and Kanban

Responsibilities

  • Manage databases and control and validate company data
  • Ensure that SoftPro’s customer, product catalogue and invoicing data is accurate and available
  • Design and build data exposure methods that empower business decision making
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of multi-system and multi-process uses of company data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence and build effective business processes that make efficient use company data
  • Design and develop software solutions in leading applications and tools (MS Dynamics 365, SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint)
  • Integrate 3rd party applications with SoftPro applications and data through APIs, Cloud Flows and data transfer tools
  • Build MS Dynamics 365 features and functionality that leverage company data to enable stakeholder work processes
  • Build and maintain MS Dynamics 365 entities, tables, workflows and forms
  • Maintain product catalogues in MS Dynamics 365 to enable license-based and transaction-based billing
  • Employ data migration and transformation tools to manager the flow of data between accounting, invoicing and CRM platforms
