Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Enterprise AI & Platform Intern to join our technical team. This internship is designed for a current Master’s student (in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields) with a strong interest in how enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or OpenText function at scale. You will work closely with our architects and developers to assist in the configuration, maintenance, and AI-driven evolution of our enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to move beyond theory and gain practical experience in building, integrating, and deploying intelligent workflows in a professional environment.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience (professional) working with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, etc.) or complex software development projects.
- Technical Proficiencies: Development: Solid grasp of Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Platforms: Familiarity with at least one COTS platform’s development environment or administrative console.
- AI Awareness: A foundational understanding of how to implement or interact with AI models/APIs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on defined technical tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Mainline Certifications in ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, or any other cloud platform
Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and administration of enterprise COTS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, AWS, UiPath, etc).
- Support the development of proof-of-concept workflows using Agentic AI, Generative AI models, or predictive analytics within our existing platform ecosystems.
- Help build and test API connections (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between core platforms and external tools.
- Document technical configurations and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
