The Enterprise Agile Coach supports the scaled adoption of Radiance— Candescent’s operating model—across multiple Product Groups. This role focuses on enterprise l evel enablement, coaching, and behavior change, helping leaders and teams strengthen agility, improve execution flow, and build capabilities that support consistent, predictable delivery. Operating within the Agile Center of Excellence, the Enterprise Agile Coach works through influence, systems thinking, and partnership rather than delivery ownership.

Requirements

  • 1 0+ years in Agile, Lean, or product delivery roles supporting customer facing product development .
  • Experience working with product led , market facing teams across Product Management, Engineering, and Design.
  • Demonstrated experience of coaching leaders and leadership teams in product delivery environments.
  • Strong systems thinking capabilities across Product Groups, value streams, and organizational design.
  • Ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Pragmatic, outcome oriented , and able to tailor approaches to context.
  • Experience beyond internal IT, back office software, or internal tooling (not sufficient for this role).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in SaaS, fintech, payments, or other regulated product environments.
  • Experience supporting commercial or customer facing platform delivery.
  • Experience in private e quity backed or carve out environments.
  • Experience partnering with Portfolio Management, VMO, or Product Operations.
  • Relevant certifications are valued but not

Responsibilities

  • Coach senior leaders, managers, and product leadership on enterprise agility, execution of health, and flow.
  • Help leadership teams connect strategy to execution using Radiance operating patterns.
  • Support leaders in navigating cross team dependencies, trade offs, and systemic constraints.
  • Build Agile capability across Product Groups through coaching, workshops, and targeted enablement.
  • Reinforce consistent application of Radiance while supporting appropriate contextual adaptation.
  • Mentor senior Agilists across Delivery and VMO domains to elevate overall capability and alignment.
  • Diagnose systemic impediments across structure, process, incentives, and behaviors.
  • Partner with Agilist leaders to drive root c ause resolution of cross cutting issues.
  • Support enterprise level Inspect & Adapt cycles using meaningful performance signals.
  • Shape and support Communities of Practice to enable scaling, shared learning, and reuse of effective patterns.
  • Capture insights that help evolve Candescent’s Ways of Working.
  • Act as an advisor during organizational change initiatives and operating m odel evolution.
  • Help leaders sequence, absorb, and implement change in a sustainable manner.
