Lightyear builds software that is revolutionizing the telecom management experience for hundreds of enterprises. Lightyear’s platform helps enterprise IT teams automate telecom procurement, network inventory management, telecom bill payment, and much more, and is utilized by companies including Honeywell, Alo Yoga, Palo Alto Networks, and Louis Vuitton. Lightyear has raised nearly $50M from the first investors in Roblox, Discord, Coupang, Robinhood, and Flexport. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a focused expansion motion within Lightyear’s existing customer base. You will analyze customer network data, identify cost optimization opportunities, and guide customers through decision-making and execution. This is a highly analytical, customer-facing role with direct ownership of commercial outcomes. This is an early role on the Customer Success team with meaningful ownership and the opportunity to help define how this motion scales. This position will be full-time, remote, and salaried with $150k - $160k+ OTE cash compensation, with additional compensation in equity (compensation determined by experience and fit).
