Your Impact The Enterprise Account Manager serves as the direct link between CivicPlus and our top tier customers. This position will be responsible for overall relationship management as well as ensuring adoption and engagement with the CivicPlus solutions. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the client experience taking client satisfaction to the next level. The Enterprise Account Manager will work alongside of a highly driven team of CP professionals to ensure that client needs are served in an assigned region. This position requires excellent problem-solving and time-management skills and the ability to implement change.
